As we step into the New Year, we find ourselves living in a chaotic time filled with uncertainties that may leave us feeling anxious, fearful and ungrounded yet curious and excited about what will happen next.
Path of Love has created such a supportive and loving community. And these days are here to bring us together, explore our issues openly and connect to ourselves and each other. This unique, on-line, 3-day exploration is designed to help you navigate this new and unusual year with clarity, connection to your heart and others, and touch a solid grounding.
What to Expect:
In these three days together, we will engage in different, reflective topics such as:
- What have I learned from the past year?
- What can I let go of and how to create space for the new? How can I stay grounded in the midst of stormy weathers?
- What is my passion and my creation for this New Year?
- How can I learn to come out of inner isolation, fear and disconnection and experience true and honest contact with myself and others?
Especially in these times when isolation has become so prevalent, we will explore ways to reconnect with our heart and be with the support of community, family, friends, and loved ones.
Each session includes:
- An introduction and theme to set the tone for the day.
- A reflective inquiry in groups of 2 or 3 to explore key themes.
- A guided meditation to ground your reflections and support the turning within.
